5. Feed Integration
The Feed is a web software that integrates into your website via a JavaScript script. It displays your website content through posts with a scrolling interface similar to social media.
Data Integration:
- Content Sourcing: We obtain media from your website using OG_tags and may also collect other relevant data. We reserve the right to modify and process your content, including the removal of © mentions where necessary.
- Media Handling: Media data (images, gifs, videos) may be stored on our CDN but will only be displayed on your domain. If you change your domain, media links, or website format, you must notify us in advance as these changes can affect the integration.
- RSS Integration: Image credits not included in your RSS feed should be marked with a unique CSS class for proper extraction. Alternatively, you can include them in the RSS feed or mark them with a specific CSS class to ensure seamless integration.
- Content Download: We download content within 60 minutes of publication.
6. Account Management
- Email Registration: Users register by filling out a form on Feedle.ai with their email, providing necessary information such as their name and other required details.
- Verification: If your email domain matches your website's, we will treat you as a representative of the website. If you use a publicly accessible email, we will ask you to confirm your identity by contacting us from an email with the same domain as your website.
- Account Setup: Upon verification, the system creates the account and sends a confirmation email with the account details.
- Account Management via Email: All account management is handled via email.
7. Payments
- Trial Period: We do not ask for credit card information during the trial period. We do not collect or store any credit card data; we use Stripe for all payments.
- Payment Initiation: Users initiate payments by sending an email with necessary details like the Payment Plan. We then transfer you to Stripe for payment. Depending on the Payment Plan, there can be various subscription options, including but not limited to yearly and monthly.
- Payment Management: Users can update their payment methods by sending an email with the new details using the same email on which the account was registered. Upon confirmation, the system updates the payment information through Stripe.
